The challenge

The Audit Assistant system is a cloud-based auditing software service, with users throughout Australasia. Those who use the system are loyal advocates, but many in the industry didn’t know about how useful Audit Assistant could be to their business. The Audit Assistant team needed help with brand positioning and awareness, we had to reinvent the way Audit Assistant was seen in the marketplace.

The solution

A full makeover was in order! The existing Audit Assistant digital presence was informative, but it needed some personality. The bigfish team worked closely with Audit Assistant to create a revamped brand style and to get the brand in front of more of the right sets of eyes. Using the findings from our market research we rolled out a new brand strategy and style using animated video and updated tradeshow material. This was followed by a brand spanking new website designed to give potential users the information they need while funneling existing users to the right areas for support material.
