The bigfish team has worked with PAK’nSAVE Whangarei for many years with both internal communication and staff recognition and the development of their in-house Freshalicious brand.
PAK’nSAVE Whangarei’s owners approached bigfish to develop a new ‘house brand’ that would fit into the overarching PAK’nSAVE brand architecture, but allowed them enough flexibility to promote and advertise their range of in-house produced goods.
The new house brand needed to communicate to their customers: that there were great quality goods made fresh onsite and to create a platform to build pride amongst their team.
Bigfish developed the in-house Freshalicious brand. A brand that communicates the fresh and delicious nature of their ‘made right here’ goods. The range includes Bakery, Butchery, Seafood and Service Deli.
As well as their Freshalicious brand, the PAK’nSAVE Whangarei team uses bigfish to create posters and promotional material for their internal rewards programmes.
Their awards recognise their staff who demonstrate PAK’nSAVE Whangarei’s five values, each staff member is given a framed illustrated caricature which is also displayed in-store on the Wall of Values. At the end of each year they host the annual values award evening “The Sammy’s” where they recognise the overall winners of each of the five values awards.
