Griffiths and Associates had a proud history of providing construction project management services across Northland. With the company’s name so closely linked to its founding partner, when he decided to take a step back towards retirement it was time to rebrand.
As the business looked to the future, they wanted the new brand that would allow them to include more elements of client-side construction management. The business has great people with a broad mix of skills and experience, awesome relationships and an extremely wide set of capabilities that extend beyond traditional construction project management.
bigfish created the new Scope Total Project Partners brand, balancing confidence and competency with spirit and human-ness. With many of their projects involving community organisations, iwi and education they wanted to convey a connection to their community throughout all of their brand & communications.
Creating the new brand gave us the opportunity to create something that was unique in the project management industry. Construction project management is broad. Scope focuses on client-side project management and helping their clients from inception through to completion with everything from finances, and council consents through to getting the keys on a new build – wherever that may be.
Alongside the brand development we built their new website. It’s been designed with the user front and centre allowing users to select their industry and deliver the content which is most relevant to them. With a vast array of projects under their belt the website showcases their capability across every sector.
People are at the heart of their business (great mix of people, skills, backgrounds) and making a difference to people is ultimately what their work is all about.
