As the lines company of the Far North, Top Energy needed an up to date digital presence to keep their customers informed. Top Energy has a lot of important information to deliver to customers, so they needed a website that was not only simple to navigate but also easily updated and maintained by the Top Energy team.
We took the challenge and ran with it, putting ourselves in the shoes of Top Energy’s customers to hone in on exactly what they would need and where. This User Experience Mapping formed the basis for every decision and recommendation made on the project – customer experience was at the forefront every step of the way. From deciding upon the back end system and tech ‘stack’ through to the front end design and navigation menus, we even thought of customers when colour coding sections and recommending imagery. It was a pretty big job, but one of our most rewarding web development projects to date.
